speaking of 3d printers...

hi all,

scott has expressed interest in making a 3d printer, most likely one of the reprap models (mendelmax maybe?). i also know that jon is building a mendel (prusa, i presume?) for ANAT (whenever the huxley is operational to spit out parts). 

i thought i'd start a thread for these separate projects to come together on this forum and pool resources and knowledge. in particular we could do group purchases of things like threaded rod, stepper motors, and pcb's.
