Android GPS with PPS?

Does anyone know of an Android device which has a GPS with the pulse-per-second line available?

(trying to get sub-millisecond accuracy and PPS seems the easiest way to do this).

If you search for "android GPS PPS" you get a lot of powerpoint slideshows about android GPS, and a lot of emails about GPS "send from my android phone".

Yet another reason to hate those dopy footers....

I'd imagine this would require the PPS line on the GPS to be connected to a GPIO on the CPU or similar, and phones don't really have a use for that.

In related GPS stuff, here's a post from hack-a-day showing how to get the UART output from a $5 GPS mini PCI-E module, which a microcontroller can use:
