Experienced candidates should have:
· Working exposure to work in night shifts
· Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruiting life cycle
· Good exposure to work on all contract and full time positions
· Able to negotiate well on hourly rates of contract/ salary basis of full time positions
· Sound working knowledge in using all job portals
· Able to pull profiles in other means of sources like Google groups, linked-in and social networking etc.
