Hello,
I am a software developer working in Singapore and I am looking for ways to meet and collaborate with new people around open source projects (be it side projects or bigger well established projects). It looks like the idea of an hackergarten is exactly that.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing yet in Singapore and I am keen in creating a local group here in Singapore.
Am I having the correct idea about hackergarten? To me it's a moment where we meet people around open source, work on projects or simply discuss.
Do you have any guide of guideline or support on establishing a new local group?
