Agenda for next meeting

We're now (almost) at a fortnight from the next meeting on 21st. In an
attempt to get more of the discussion side of things happening here
ahead of that (my ideal meeting would just have us reading through the
agenda and all agreeing with it...) I've made a start on the agenda:

Can we fill in where I've put questions, and add anything else that
needs to be?
