Announcing: Hacker Fair 1 on April 3rd

We're running another Hacker Fair at the Hacker Dojo. The event is on the 3rd of April (another Saturday) from 10AM-2PM. Candidates are invited to set up at 9AM. We will be hosting a mini-hackathon for people with last-minute projects and who want to set up their display boards on the Friday night prior beginning at 6:30PM. We are charging recruiters for this instance of the event to raise money because building B doesn't have a heater. We understand that some of you may represent small bootstrapping startups and that this price would be prohibitive. Please email me and we will try to work something out.

Early candidates are free. Both candidates and recruiters pay extra if they do not register more than a week in advance. Hacker Fair 0 doubled in the 48 hours before the event and even though we preprinted badges for the preregistered candidates almost 200 name badges were printed on-site. This put a major strain on our volunteer event staff to find parking for everybody, get everybody badged, and make sure everybody had table space. It was also difficult on our sponsors who were trying to gauge how much food to order. We are trying to discourage a flood of late sign-ups.
