As we kick off a new year, we're also embarking on a major milestone: our 40th anniversary of serving the East Bay and Silicon Valley! Throughout 2026, we'll honor our history of meeting challenge with grit and navigating change with determination. And, we'll bring our community together for events that launch us into a bold vision for the future. This is a milestone we share with you, our incredible community.

CalHome Announcement

Recently, the state announced the recipients of the last round of loan funding that remains in CalHome's coffers. We are grateful to be among them, and we look forward to putting that funding to work on building and repairing affordable homes. All the homeowners who will be directly impacted by this funding are the perfect testament to the power of CalHome. And, they're the reason we must fight to keep CalHome funded in the budget—so they won't be the last to benefit.
