Hey everyone,

I've been using Habari for several years now and really enjoy the system.

But lately it seems that development has completely stopped, the website is down for quite some time now and the IRC channel was empty as well.

So my question is has development officially stopped?

Should I try to convert my blog to another system, before my Habari install is completely out of date?

(If so is there any way/script to convert my posts and comments over to s9y without manually messing with the DB?)

Hi,

AFAIK there has never been an official end of Habari. All the people who did the biggest part are now too busy to continue work on Habari, some have also lost interest.

For s9y, there is only an import plugin s9y to Habari. https://github.com/habari-extras/s9yimport

You might be able to change that to work the other way round but I have not personally looked into it.
