Installation error 403

My English isnt very well ;-)
I have tried to install habari 0.6.3, but it doesn't work.
I have copied the requirements.php on my webspace and it says
everything is OK.
I have uploaded the whole habari directory to my webspace.
After navigating to it I see the page where I can insert my Language,
DB-Settings, etc.
After this I have clicked "Install Habari".
Now I became the Message
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
In the directory I have found a .htaccess.
After deleting this and reloading the page I can insert my DB-Settings
etc. again.
After clicking "Install Habari" I became the same error again.
Via Filezilla I have set the Permissions of the Habarifolder, the
files and subfolders to 777.
But it doesn't work.
Have anyone an idea ? Some month ago I have installed Habari 0.6.x
(not 0.6.3) on the same webspace and it had worked fine.
Is this a bug in 0.6.3 ??
