I might have forgotten about this but it looks weird to me that while
I found no plugin folders under /users/plugins/ but I still see a few
plugins available to me in dashboard. I later found these plugins
are actually in /systems/plugins/. Some of these plugins aren't
system/core plugins, is /systems/plugins/ folder is the right place
for all plugins I want to use or ... ?
I've been away for a while so this might be a dumb one.

Any plugins that don't come with Habari should go in /user/plugins. It
won't affect their usage, but makes it easier when you go to update
your Habari install.
