Habari homepage video wysiwyg and image resizing?

On the habari homepage http://habariproject.org/en/ there is a video which shows a really nice wysiwyg editor, what is that?

Also, it shows him resizing an image in post. Is that a function of the twitter plugin or another?

The editor shown in the video is Redactor, which can be found here:

The resizing is a feature of the editor itself.  I altered some code so that images would be inserted into the editor with a border and margin, and be floated to the left by default so that the demonstration would be quick for the video.
