Which WYSIWYG editor is being used in the current demo video on the Habari website - I'd like to use it if possible thanks

The editor in the video is Redactor. You can find my copy here:

Mine's forked from mikelietz's version, and has a couple of fixes for
the redactor.js library.

Beware, though! The redactor.js authors have changed their license from
CC-By-NC to a weird commercial license that seems to cost $99 per site
(maybe?). I'll probably be looking for an alternative that looks and
works as well (or better) as redactor.js but doesn't have the weird license.
