Multi-User Media Silos

Are any of the Habari media silo plugins multi-user? In a single user
blog, there's no real need for this, but in a multi-user blog it would
be nice to allow each user to access their own Flickr or Picasa or
whatever account.

I'm looking through the Picasa silo, and it looks like it stores an
authorization token on a per-user basis, but the plugin configuration
uses the Habari plugin methods, and not any user methods. As such, it
looks like whoever configures it first gets to run the show.

Am I mis-reading that? If I'm not, can anyone gauge how difficult it
would be to make silo plugins support multiple users?

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with multi-user & Habari. Probably need to hit up Michaeltwofish or Mike Lietz.
