Plugin keeps getting segmentation fault

Hello, I need some help with a plugin I make. Right now, I have three separate plugin that I am trying to merge into one plugin. However, I am not really having any luck for some reason, because I keep getting Segmentation faults in my Apache log or Habari complains about custom class. Anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Most recent Apache error says this:

[Sat Apr 27 14:18:31 2013] [notice] child pid 3622 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
