I posted my list of stuff I'd like to have before September.

The list doesn't describe any of the ideas I have for how to do any of
these things. Although there is a lot of information in the mailing
list archives that might cover some of these items, if anyone wants to
take on any specific topic in that list, let's discuss it more here.
