I agree with a lot of what he suggests. I think this might be a good
opportunity for us to step back and evaluate what we're doing (and
what we've done so far) with Habari.

Are we keeping end users in mind as we work on this, or are we chasing
specific things we want for ourselves? Are we focusing too much on
the technical quality of things? What are our current weak spots, and
how can we improve them?
