Charcoal

Hi everyone!

The Habari Cabal has held a vote, and has decided to include Ali B.'s
excellent Charcoal theme with the core Habari download.

As always, we're keenly interested in the community's opinion of these
sorts of decisions. If anyone has any specific _technical_
objections, please voice them. If you simply don't like the Charcoal
theme, please sit on your hands until the next vote comes along. ;)

Needless to say, I am delighted to see my first design attempt included within my favorite blogging tool (well the only BT).. yay :)

To second Scott's note, any kind of comments, suggestions and objections are more than welcome. I am currently actively working on the theme, mainly code cleanup, browsers compatibility and style tweaking, and I'd love to hear all of your the comments.

This is the last time I use "I" and "Charcoal" in a sentence ;)
