Bug? Commenting on Entry Fails

Hello Gang

Someone has just tried to leave a comment on my blog entry
http://sebpayne.com/stickerage and when they did, they were pointed to
http://sebpayne.com/34/682af798ee/feedback and this error came up

Error: Undefined index: name
/home/2319/domains/sebpayne.com/html/system/classes/actionhandler.php : Line 33

Any thoughts on this one?

I got sent to the /feedback and then to the right page, all systems go
when I tested it.

I haven't looked, but it reminds me of when is_callable() somehow got
to __autoload() when it should have been loading a class from the
current class file. We never got to the root of though we made the
symptoms go away.

Could you file a ticket?
