Sunday Funday: In-N-Out & Go-Kart Racing & Movie !

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday!

This Sunday 7/17, come on out to do some awesome go-karting in Burlingame! We get 30-45 laps total, where we'll compete for fastest lap and do a full winner takes all race. These aren't your typical electric powered go-karts that go as fast as a geo-prism...this place has legit 9HP karts! You actually need a driver's license to drive them (international licenses are accepted too). The cost is $45/person and one-time $5 reg fee, which gets us about 30 minutes of driving time. If you haven't done it, its a serious thrill !

Figured we can grab some some In-N-Out before hand (@2pm) which is on the same block as go-karts, and maybe afterwards see a movie at AMC Metreon 16 in SF. 

SO... I only need you to sign up if you're doing Go-Karts, there's a minimum of 10 people to exclusively get the track. We can split into groups if we go beyond 14. Hit the Google Doc if you are coming, deadline is Thursday 5pm for the group reservation, walk-ins are possible only if there is space. Oh and get there on time!!!! Registration, racing suits, and helmets, all take a while, and I'm not a fan of waiting around for late babyheads.

Good news, I confirmed that since we have enough to exclusively take the track, we can add people day-off! Hoorah!

For those of you interested in the Sox v Yanks game tomorrow afternoon (4:10 PT), I'm going to try and sneak out of work early and catch some of it. I'll do my best to get to Connecticut Yankee by 5pm. Hope to see some of you there? (Be forewarned - contrary to what the name might suggest, it's a Sox bar. In fact, it's THE Sox bar of the Bay Area and it's super fun.)

Also, I know Sunday night's game is on ESPN, but people are totally welcome to come over for viewing and BBQ'ing. Just let me know. NY fans welcome ;-)
