WHY SHOULD YOU DO THIS COURSE?

The main objective is to provide participants with a training experience that enables them to develop skills for both developing a real understanding of structural equation models and being able to thoughtfully apply them to their own data.

This course provides a foundation of knowledge and application of Structural Equation Modelling using Amos SPSS and other software packages. SEM is a powerful analytical tool within the social sciences since it overcomes the limitations of traditional multiple regression by enabling the simultaneous inclusion of multiple dependent variables, reciprocal effects, indirect effects, and the estimation and removal of measurement error through the inclusion of latent variables in one model.

This course is aimed at those interested in getting acquainted with structural equation modelling in an applied perspective, namely students and researchers in the fields of marketing and behavioral sciences.
