Dear H4All,

Me and Sara will take on the group' coordination for the academic year 2022-2023 and before starting we kindly ask you to answer to this short survey until next Moday (Oct 3^rd).

As in previous years the coordination will ask for inputs and collaboration in organizing the meetings.

So feel free to start thinking about people to invite, what you shall present and which skill you would like to learn or share in skills time session - or other session type. Below we leave you with the types of sessions that we have been having for some years now.

Types os meetings:

Topics	Definition
PhD projects	1st year students present their PhD projects
PhD follow up	PhD students present their work in progress
Projects’ Day	Presentation of project proposals to be submitted for funding or projects’ work in progress
Joint Meetings	With other research groups
Welcoming members/ Planning of activities/ Social Activity	Welcoming new members to the group Planning the annual activities of the group Social activities
Intervention Corner	Presentation and discussion of health-related psychosocial interventions
Review & Submission	Discussion of manuscripts to be submitted for publication
Skills’ Time	A member of the group shares his/her knowledge/expertise on specific skills (e.g., research methodologies, etc…).
Guest’ Day	Invited speakers/stakeholders
Alumni Day	Invited former PhD students
