Hi I am running H2O flow Web UI on a rented instance on vast.ai. It launches perfectly and I am able to model data and make predictions. I use Tunnelmole to change localhost to IP address so i can connect to it. I can upload and download data from and to machine (virtual machine). I want to save my prediction frame as a csv but there is no option for it in export. When i click download, i get << 502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.10.3 (Ubuntu) >>. The filesize of the prediction.hex is quite large (about 2gb), but i have a very powerful cloud machine and good network connection on the cloud machine, if that is relevant.

How to download prediction.hex as a csv? Or download it as a hex and convert to csv locally?

Please help urgently as I have to make a submission soon.

i suggest trying to export the data to the vm instance filesystem, and then scp it locally after.

https://docs.h2o.ai/h2o/latest-stable/h2o-docs/data-munging/downloading-data.html

Save to a file system

The export file function can be used to save the data to an arbitrary location. The location has to be one that the server has access to, so either the server filesystem or a distributed filesystem like HDFS or S3. This function can save the data in either CSV format (default) or Parquet format.
