PostgreSQL compatibility mode: INSERT ... ON CONFLICT ...

Hey guys,

could you add the ON CONFLICT clause for INSERT statements in PostgreSQL compatibility mode:

It would already be very helpful to have ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING working, the rest would also be nice of course :)
