nested exception is org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLDataException: Data conversion error converting "6300000000"; SQL statement:

The query is working fine on test environment in db but failing with above error in h2 database

That's not enough information to make a proper diagnosis, but at a guess I would say that you are trying to convert that string to a number and it won't fit into the destination type.
