Please, describe what exactly do you want?

If you want to create a linked table to read some data from the SQL Server in H2, you need to add its JDBC driver to the classpath of H2's Java process. Distribution of H2 does not ship with drivers of other databases.

I need to create temp table using SqlServerDataTable and pass that table as parameter to procedure. I hope I am clear.

SqlServerDataTable is not a part of H2 and it cannot be used with H2. You can use it only with JDBC driver of MS SQL Server when your database is MS SQL Server.

H2 has org.h2.tools.SimpleResultSet for such purpose.
