Hello,
I'm submitting the patch in pull request #4401 (https://github.com/h2database/h2database/pull/4401) — reporting a data conversion error for unpaired surrogates in JSON — and, as required, provide the following statement:
"I wrote the code, it's mine, and I'm contributing it to H2 for distribution multiple-licensed under the MPL 2.0, and the EPL 1.0 (https://h2database.com/html/license.html)."
