Infinite looping when trigger updates same table

I create a trigger for automating the update timestamp column. That trigger fires when a table is updated. Unfortunately, the trigger behaves as an infinite loop when I use the sql command UPDATE.

Can someone please help me? Is there a way for triggering once?

From what you said, it sounds like a bug, but in order for someone to look at it, you need to provide a complete self-contained (without dependencies on any third party libraries) test case.
