"ON COMMIT DELETE ROWS" not working on Global Temporary Tables

on commit isn't working when using it on an global temporary table.
It works on local temoorary tables though.
Is this intended?

No, that sounds like a bug, please log an issue on github, preferably with a self-contained test case
