Data in application is read only after crash

Hello. We are using an add-on within Jira which data are stored into a separate H2 database. We experienced a disk full condition. Since then the data in the application is read only. Would you please advise how to debug and fix ?

you will be probably need to do a dump/restore

that will work, or just executing SHUTDOWN. Killing the DB process sometimes lead to corruption.
