Professional Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with developing reports and dashboards with Microstrategy
• Strong hands-on experience in Microstrategy design, setup and configuration
• Good experience in Teradata and ‘Big Data’ architectures
• Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work with the client
• Must have good design skills and the ability to deliver prototypes
• Strong SQL skills and performance tuning experience
• Must have experience with MicroStrategy 9
• Good experience with SSIS/SSRS reports development
• Exposure to Tableau Reporting
• 9+ years overall IT experience
• Knowledge of multiple database platforms is a plus (SQL Server, Teradata)
• Onsite Offshore experience
• The role requires development of MicroStrategy and SSIS/SSRS reports
Skill requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in MicroStrategy
• 2+ years of Schema design experience in MicroStrategy
• 1+ year experience in MicroStrategy version 9.x
• Experience in developing reports , flash dashboards, building and using Intelligent cubes and using distribution services/Narrowcast essential
• 5 + years of experience in SQL
• 2+ years of experience in Teradata
• SQL writing and troubleshooting skills are essential
• Experience in MicroStrategy Mobile will be a plus
• Tableau experience will be a plus
• Prior project experience using agile/scrum methodology will be a plus
