SKILLS :
Web Connect/OpenConnect Admin consultant with installation, configuration, and implementation expertise. Resource should have at least 4+ years’ experience specific in installation, configuration, and implementation.
Job Duties:
Lead a project as the SME for Open Connect/Web connect installation, configuration & implementation
Train others on the installation, support, and implementation
Document the implementation and deliver run books for support and future training
Install Web connect from Open Connect
Configure Web connect from Open Connect
Work with staff and vendor to implement open connect/web connect
