Role Overview
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA manufacturing deployments, supporting multi-site rollout, testing, and factory transitions while ensuring alignment with global processes, quality standards, and financial controls.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing SME, supporting deployment, integration, and testing activities across manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between Global Make process owners, factory operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
• Support legacy factory transitions to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with corporate quality, operational, and financial standards.
• Participate in on-site deployment and go-live support as required, including travel to U.S. manufacturing facilities.

 

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hands-on knowledge and experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with qTest and JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA usage within a manufacturing environment.

 

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC implementations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven history of cross-functional collaboration.
