Position Overview
The Optimizely E-Commerce Specialist will oversee the deployment, optimization, and ongoing management of Optimizely-powered e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of e-commerce operations and digital merchandising with hands-on experience in Optimizely Commerce Cloud or Configured Commerce. This role collaborates with business, IT, and marketing stakeholders to drive digital growth and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement, maintain, and enhance Optimizely Commerce solutions for both B2B and B2C channels.
• Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, and order lifecycle using Optimizely Commerce admin tools and APIs.
• Customize search, navigation, and personalization using Optimizely’s AI-driven tools for higher engagement and conversion.
• Integrate Optimizely Commerce with ERP, CRM, PIM, and payment systems as needed.
• Monitor site performance, analytics, and KPIs, driving continuous optimization through experimentation and data analysis.
• Provide technical support to resolve operational issues and train stakeholders on platform features.
