Dear virendra,

Please could you provide total budget and total amount finally collected..after the sale of coupons i heard 1200 coupons were sold it means(i.e around 3,50,000/- rs. including all the free coupons to gsechs and all hostels mess co's... etc) and 350 from each inmate of hostel above i(.e 1,75,000 rs/-) please could you give your explanation. it seems like total amount is above 5,25,000/- rs.

As per our counting the sold coupons are around 1000 not 1200 and for rest information we haven't discussed yet.

I think you have a habit of making simple things complicated. Please try to think postively and don't misunderstand. I didn't mention you that i want to audit the bills and mailing this as a council member.    

As a inmate i have a right to ask information which is mentioned in Indian federal law to seek information as  An Act to provide for setting out the practical regime of right to information for citizens to secure access to information under the control of public authorities, in order to promote transparency and accountability in the working of every public authority, for matters connected therewith(RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT 2005 for govt and non governmental issues except parlimentary policies).

I think you might not have aware of what discussion has happend with virendra(commitee mem and mess co) before valfi . When I discussed with him he said that  elected representatives who participated in valfi committee with  committee members signed on contract as sale of 1700 coupons will be done as per previous statistics , due to the less number of coupons were sold out and as a tradition we are deducting. 350 Rs/- from every account of hostel inmate and which is not finall.I just wanted to confirm if any changes happend about deducting from inmates . if it can be disclosed you can share with hostel inmates.i don't feel so this is highly top secret matter.
