Brief about your current council work status (Deadline - 28th Feb)

Hi All,

Please brief your work (all councilors and GSec), whatever you have proposed/done/pipeline, with all your secretary's by end of this month
(by 28th Feb 2013). On this basis we will be having our next GBM in early March month (please avoid blaming any specific body/person).
Draft all the details sequentially and put a hard copy to Hall-Managers office and send the .pdf version to this mail by specifying
(eg Mess Status_Feb13).

All Secy's are requested to coordinate politely with your concerned Co's.
*System Administrator - Please talk to GSec regarding the details of comp room accessories (we need each and every record).
*Sports Co - Also provide all the details of purchased equipments in your tenure ( with all previous council records).

hello all,

As most of you might be aware that there are 5 sports GCs going on simultaneously. I have even informed the G.Sec. Rohit about the same. Can you please extend the deadline for atleast the sports council. as we are trying our best to submit everything but its is not looking viable to do the needful.

Hello All,

Since even freshie orientation is scheduled for tomorrow, cult council is busy planning for the event. Also since our PAF is coming up very soon i.e 15th of March, preparations have just begun and there's loads of work to be done in upcoming days. PAF auditions are there around, in next couple of days too.

Keeping above things into consideration, it would be convenient for us if the deadline could be extended.

Hi All,

I have asked this matter around 3 weeks before and nobody has responded seriously.
As a warden nominee this is my responsibility to update the higher authority (Hostel Warden as well as Hall Manager) with our concerned activities. And as a GSec, I was expecting Mr Rohit Geesa to cooperate with me, but I found some discrepancies in his approach. I am really afraid if this kind of coordination can spoil the positive efforts of you guys (which were in favor of hostel), so this is my last request to submit your as mentioned drafts by 13th night (irrespective of your any other hostel activities).

* Please ask only genuine query through this mail, as I am involve in election process I won't be able to reply you frequently.
