Dear Sir,
A. As we have our first PAF on 15th March and before that we have some election dues, our council has decided the last GBM tentatively on
16th March (Saturday) at 9:30pm - SkyBridge H'13.
B. Adding to the previous details of the hostel elections for the next academic year(2013-14), i.e.,
1.Last date for filing the nominations - 10th March 2013
2. Last date for manifesto Submission - 12th March 2013
3. SOP-Box date - 20th March 2013
4. Elections date- 21th March 2013.
I would like to suggest names of election officers for the procedure -

*Rajat Sharma (MSc) - 9833423184
* Rohit - Please forward all the nomination details to Ravi & Siddharth, and also put the posters of election details in the hostel premises.
We hope the functioning of the hostel matters will be fair, faster and efficient.
