There are two council group thats the problem. I am added in only one of them. So some of the mails are missed which are posted in the other council group.

        That was the group formed when the council was formed long ago. that group was inactive at that time. 

         Later when I was asked to form a new council group with councilors and ward. nom. in it, i took the lead and formed it on nov 17th, 2012.

         Later when i got nominated as General Secretary I joined all the secretaries into this group and made this group active.

         Also I am not the owner of the group " council of titans 2012-13 ". And I had found that it has only 28 members in it and 2 of them are not in the present council.
