         Attending GBM for all the council members is mandatory. If anyone has any issue with that please inform me as soon as possible.

Dear all,

The second General Body Meeting (GBM) for this year is scheduled on 19th March 2013 (Tuesday)..All the hostel inmates can bring up any hostel related complains/suggestions/irregularities of council members. All the issues will be discussed in GBM. You are also invited to appreciate the efforts made by council towards the development of hostel.

Time: 10 pm, Tuesday,19th March

Venue: Hostel Lounge- Skybridge

Please come in large numbers to make it successful.
