This is a bit lengthy mail but please spend some of your time and read completely and contribute accordingly where ever you have been tagged. 

I am reporting section wise. Have a look

Mess:

Content: Hostel 13 Mess has one of the best menus among the hostels. The menu is updated frequently based upon popular opinion and referendum. New dishes are tried out so that the best food is available for the students. Mess coms are held frequently so that a common platform is available for the hostelites to suggest changes in the menu and voice their dissatisfaction.

The supplies are checked daily by the mess council to ensure that there is no discrepancy in the supply sent and the bill made. Thus even the quality of the vegetables and fruits are scrutinized so that the best be served.

The mess council tries assiduously to ensure that the hostelites get the best and tastiest food while getting a balanced diet.

@Virendra: Please go through the above content and suggest the changes accordingly. Have a look at the attached mess menu and suggest any changes to be made in it.

Sports:

Srijan and Chandresh Kumar told that they are going to provide you the details by tonight. If you wont get any reply today, then remind me or them again.

Tech:

Ajit, please provide the details on GC's we won and Participants details along with special Mentions. Send me the details all available tech equipment in hostel which will be just mentioned on website and also we will state it clearly on website that they cannot be used for personal purpose. 

@Mashal: Please coordinate with Ajit and share the GC's stories, Pics and Points.

Maint: 

@Kranthi: Please mention all the facilities we have in the hostel like washing room, cycle pool, iron press etc with complete details in each sub section. Send all the emergency contacts too like Electrical, Plumber etc.. with the names.

Comp: 

Computer Room consists of 3 computers as of now for a completely user friendly fun/work experience. It caters to the services of all those hostelites who cannot afford personal computers or want to have internet access during the LAN ban hours.

Process of bringing 3-4 new comps to hostel in under pipeline and we can expect them to be sanctioned by computer centre very soon.
Working Computers are C8, C9, C12. (I will check this again today and will let you know).

We have a total of 41 Lan ports in Computer room with  most of them in working condition where you can connect your own laptop and browse internet. Details of all working lan ports will be updated soon.

I tried my best to download the available pics from facebook. You can have a look at that. Still we need pics from Cult GC's, Tech GC's, Sports GC's and some other events like Ganesh Festival, Republic Day etc.

Elections:

@Rajesh: Add a tab and name it Elections and mention the details of current candidates contesting for elections. All the details will be forwarded to you by Election officers. I will add you in that thread.
