1. Reporting the status of works mentioned in Manifestos of the council members.
Discussion on the following if asked for:

completed works
pipep-line works
pending works

incomplete works
2. Reporting what all works had been done for the hostel.
3. Receiving the complaints/suggestions mentioned by the inmates.

Apart from these, please tell me if there is anything specific agenda that needs to be added.
