Hi

I was busy with my DDP allocation and pre-presentation on my DDP project. Along with this, I had 2 seminar reports and presentations done during last 2 weeks. As of now, I am not yet ready completely for tomorrows GBM. It will be great if we can have it some time in the next week after considering everyone's opinions on the same.

The GBM date has been finalized well in advance, keeping in mind that the following reasons:

1. We have to finish our elections within short span of time (after election it is not justifiable to share our annual work with the person who supposed to be in the coming council).
2. Then valedictory function (with the new council) have to be done well before in time (in 1st-2nd week of April).
3. Also, most of the inmates won't be here from 22nd March onwards due to Holi occasion.

Keeping all this into the mind this GBM and election date and GBM has been fixed with consultation of our warden sir, election committee and hall manager for betterment of our hostel.

If still any of the councilor think that you have genuine excuse and you can manage this GBM to some other date (after consideration of all pros and cons with inmates and other council members), you can discuss this matter to our warden sir.

I along with a few other council members from Elec dept have our midsems tomorrow evening. Over the previous few days we were busy with PAF work and hence weren't able to conplete our reports.
In this scenario I request you to please postpone the council meet by three days to Tuesday night or so.

The hostel has Volley GC round robin matches from 7:00 pm which may last up to 10:00 pm, in which 3 council members are part of. Is it possible to postpone the GBM to late night like around 12:00 pm, or to any other day? It'll be convenient for a lot of us this way. Thanking in advance.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that most of the members of Cult Council wouldn't be able to make it to GBM today. As some of my secys have academic commitments to catch up and also since we have just finished with our PAF yesterday, we would need some time to recover. There was a very hectic work schedule for past few days and many of the council members actively participated in the PAF. In the end we could successfully make a PAF which is being widely appreciated in the Insti and by the judges.

Hence please consider my request to postpone the GBM to some other date.

# Now, if any council member have issue then he have to provide written explanation/permission with proper reason (signed by our warden sir) through GSec.

# Don't forget to put posters in the hostel premises on priority basis.

        I am not ready to have GBM tonight as because the council was working for PAF for last few days and I need to make a report for GBM which needs all the council members cooperation. I need to compile a detailed report of what all happened in this year and present it. I couldn't complete it as I was having quizzes in this week and also we (council) were working for PAF. Moreover 1 of my project submission date has been shifted to today. So considering all these circumstances I would like to request you to postpone GBM to some other date.
