GZ ultimate is doing a health and fitness clinic aimed to make sure you stay healthy for Ultimate and to avoid injuries.

It is being held Jan 10 at South China Agricultural University near Wushan五山 station.

If you are interested in going, please meet at 850, Exit A Wushan Station.

Will go till around 1pm
