I am trying to download the CSR of the Apple MDM Push Certificate.
After checking "I agree." and clicking "Download your CSR", I am getting an error "Failed to dynamically fetch target download uri. Error details: [object Object]".

It fetches targets from an HTTP endpoint containing a list of zero or mores. The target must reply with an HTTP 200 response.The HTTP header Content-Type must be application/json, and the body must bevalid JSON.
