Vanishing Cyst

Hi,

I would be
most obliged to know this information.
My friend
was diagnosed of 30mm Simple Cyst on 5/2/10 as per the ‘Sonography of Pelvis
(Uterus)’ report.
The
Doctor said that the cyst may get washed away during her next periods
which occurred soon after.
When
rechecking on 10/2/10 via sonography there was no sign of the cyst.

There was
no medication given except some folic acid and multivitamins.
Is this
possible ?
