Dear all,
since - provided our flight doesn't get rescheduled again - I will (hopefully) leave for India tonight
I would greatly appreciate if you could comment on the attached proposed schedule for the Youth Coordination
Meeting on the 7th. The CBD Secretariat has been so kind to offer us to send speakers/experts to this
meeting and we need to confirm this asap. Furthermore, we also need to start to promote this
important meeting among youth delegates attending COP11 asap!

just a brief mail. I started working on the schedule for the Preparatory and Coordination Meeting on the 7th.
Please find attached a first draft. The CBD Secretariat has offered us to send some experts to our meetings,
but they would need the details asap. So I would greatly appreciate if we could all work together
to finalize the schedule so we can also start informing other youth delegates about this meeting.

Dear Christian,
I am really sorry that you are all still waiting to finally travel to India.
Thank you for the scedule draft. For me it looks good at the moment, main goal should be at the end: everyone understands what GYBN is, is able to act according our statute to represent young people and everyone knows how to start working in the next
days! While working more in deep on the different agenda items you will see how to structure the different points in the best way. Great that you got some external people, this is always very motivating.
If you (and the action workinggroup) can need any help in the preparations, please let us know.
Is there anyone writing an official invitation email, that can then be forwarded through our networks? I guess it would be good to have one email, plus a nice text on our hompage for that and it
will be fine to say what the aim of this meeting is (in general) and that we also have external guests coming. Would be great to send this out in the next days to let people know!!!!
It also seems that the statute and position paper will be adopted until tomorrow night :-)
I wish you a good travel (hopefully soon starting)
