QUERY REGARDIN ISIN

Dear friends,

A private limited obtained ISIN before 1st December 2025, is it required to file PAS 6 with MCA as it becomes a Small company from 1st December 2025. can it surrender ISIN as it becomes a small company.

Once you have taken ISIN, you have to file PAS 6.

I feel if the company is remaining non-small company for 2 months (before 01.12.25) during 2nd half year of F.Y. 2025-26, then it is required to file PAS 6 only this time only.
