ISSUE IN FILING CSR-2 FOR FY 2023-2024

Hello members,

While I am preparing to file the CSR-2 form on V2 portal for Financial Year 2023-2024 error shows that this form can not be filed for FY 2023-2024,
before 1st August I was made the CSR-2 form for respective FY & saved but next day Form  not able to select FY 23-24. My due date for CSR-2 comes in the coming days.

I already changed many browsers and raised a ticket to MCA but not getting a solution.

First you need to file AOC-4 and MGT-7 for FY 2023-24 and then you may be able to file the CSR-2.
