Disqualification of director

Good morning

A small company has not filed  financial statements or annual returns for 3 yrs consecutively ie last filed returns for the financial year 20_21.  By operation of law ,  disqualificstion triggers and the directors cannot be  appointed/reappointed

Now, one of the director wants to incorporate a co and DIN status approved not deactivated 

How can we proceed in this situation?

Can any one pls  guide ?

The disqualified directors can not act as director in a new company notwithstanding their DIN status.
