As per recent circular, it is understood that ROC Navi Mumbai now has jurisdiction over Thane district.
In that case, if a company shifts its Registered Office from Mumbai to Thane, will it be treated as: 1. Change within same ROC?
OR
2. Change from ROC Mumbai to ROC Navi Mumbai (i.e., inter-ROC transfer requiring RD approval)?
If anyone has handled a recent case or has circular reference, kindly share.
