pls clarify if company is non small company before 1st december 2025 but after same date falls under small company , today while preparing form MGT-7 select or MGT-7A.

Hi all,

By mistake, incorrect agm date  entered in the form MGT-7A. How can we file the revised form mgt-7A with correct agm date. I have entered date 01/04/2024

date of agm and 30/09/25 due date of agm. Please suggest

You can file a revised MGT 7. Try filing. If it doesn't. You can go to ROC, get the SRN cancelled and file revised.
